DW was challenged to create an innovative cooler to contain canned drinks, and to include reservoirs for both freezing and dispensing drinking water. The halves were blow-molded with food-grade BPA-free recyclable HDPE plastic, and are the same part used twice to reduce the tooling cost of molding different halves. The parts were detailed for reliable molded wall thicknesses, ensuring a dependable product is made every time.
